I’m Dave Green, a commercial photographer with over 20 years’ experience working with everyone from ambitious small businesses to large organisations.
I create imagery that feels real, polished and purposeful.
My work sits in that sweet spot between creative and practical, images with strong composition and great light, delivered in a way that’s calm, organised and easy to work around.
Whether I’m photographing people, places, products or projects, the aim is the same, create a library of images you can use everywhere, and feel proud to put your name to.
Based in Worcestershire, I work across Birmingham, the West Midlands and the UK.
The kind of work i'm drawn to
I’m at my best when there’s a story to tell and a standard to show.
That might be the detail in a new build, the atmosphere of a hotel, the pace of a logistics operation, or the pride a team takes in their work. I like photographing spaces with intent, businesses with personality, and people who are good at what they do.

My Style
I don’t chase gimmicks or overcook images in post. I’d rather create photographs that feel accurate and high quality, the kind that build trust quickly and still look right in two years’ time.
Strong lines, honest colour, and a calm sense of atmosphere, whether it’s architecture, corporate portraits or food and beverage.
I’m known for my lighting; it’s a big part of my style. I’m always aiming for a natural look, but with enough shape and control to give images depth, polish and impact.
How i work
Most clients come to me because they want the results, without the fuss.
I plan properly, keep shoot days running smoothly, and work with minimal disruption, especially in live environments. I’ll guide where it helps, stay out of the way when it doesn’t, and keep everything moving without rushing.
After the shoot, I curate tightly and deliver files that are organised, clearly named and ready to use, for print, web, marketing and press.

Creating consistency
A single great photo is nice. A consistent image library is what actually upgrades a brand. I think in sets, not one-offs.

Who I work with
I work with architects, developers, hotels, universities, manufacturers, logistics companies, retailers, agencies and in-house marketing teams. Sometimes that’s a one-off shoot for a launch, sometimes it’s an ongoing relationship across multiple locations and projects.
